PLAYER DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Mackenzie Anthony

Mackenzie Anthony is a Wheaton native whose journey through youth, collegiate, and professional soccer fuels her passion for developing the next generation of players. From competing in the Big 12 and Big Ten to earning professional honors overseas, she has lived the path every young athlete dreams of and now brings that experience home to invest in the players growing up where she once did. Mackenzie began her collegiate career at Baylor University, earning Big 12 All-Freshman honors, Academic Big 12 Rookie recognition, United Soccer Coaches All-Region honors, and leading the team in scoring as a sophomore with eight goals. She continued her rise at Michigan State University, becoming a Big Ten Champion, recording nine goals and seven assists, and helping the Spartans reach the NCAA Sweet 16 in back-to-back seasons. Her success led her into the professional game with Shelbourne FC in Irelands top division, where she scored 23 goals and earned selection to both the PFAI Ireland Womens Premier Division Team of the Year and the SSE Airtricity Ireland Womens Premier Division Team of the Year.
As Player Development Director, Mackenzie plays a key role in helping athletes grow both on and off the field. Along with leading training sessions, she provides film review, player evaluations, and guidance through the college recruitment process. Her mentorship reflects the same passion and work ethic that shaped her own journey, giving young players a role model who understands the path.
